Christmas day i got asked to cook down at Albion Park for a heap of friends, was another good chance to bang on the new all purpose cooker smoker with 10kg brisket and deboned 6kg front pork shoulder from Wagga Meat Supply and topped that up with 4 kg of Chicken Wings.  Looking at a 12 plus hour cook i was very happy with heat retention of the new cooker when using the charcoal.

Will be back down in new year for some more cooking lessons to teach the new owners some different styles of cooking you can achieve with this style of smoker
